20 mins	Stack structure proposal	Drummond Reed	Drummond will share a new diagram of the ToIP stack based on what he learned from a lengthy interview with Samuel Smith last week.
25 mins	Exploration of CESR	Drummond Reed Samuel Smith	Composable Event Streaming Representation (CESR) is an integral part of the design on KERI. In the NA/EU session Drummond will do his best to explain the rationale for CESR; in the APAC session we should be able to go even deeper into the topic with Sam Smith.
