Drummond shared a new diagram of the ToIP stack based on what he learned from a lengthy interview with Samuel Smith last week. See the three slides that begin here (in Google Slides). The third slide is also shown in diagram #1 below.

Composable Event Streaming Representation (CESR) is an integral part of the design on KERI. In the NA/EU session Drummond will do his best to explain the rationale for CESR; in the APAC session we should be able to go even deeper into the topic with Sam Smith.
