DECISION: The complete first draft of the paper is ready to begin the community review process.
DECISION: The goal is to complete the full community review process by Sept 29 in order to request final approval at the Oct 6 meeting of the ToIP Steering Committee.

ACTION: Drummond Reed to request a meeting with Judith Fleenor (and Victor Golubkov and Scott Perry if available) to go over final production details and the possibility of applying a ToIP style guide.
ACTION: Drummond Reed to post to the #intro-to-toip Slack channel requesting final review of all direct contributors by EOD Friday Sept 10.
ACTION: Drummond Reed and Victor Golubkov to send an email by Monday Sept 12 to all WG chairs requesting review by their WGs.
ACTION: Judith Fleenor to add an agenda item to the All-Member Meeting on Wed Sept 15 announcing the review process.
