The Trust Spanning Protocol Task Force is currently drafting the Trust Spanning Protocol Specification (TSP) initially using this Google doc. By the end of February early March 2024, we expect to migrate it into to a GitHub Spec-Up document in order to publish the first Implementers Draft.
