  • Discuss "Wet" principlesReview the updated sections ("What are Design Principles?" and "Organization of the Principles"), discuss shortening the "Connectivity Is It's Own Reward" section, and discuss the "Wet Code" principles.

  • The final number of principles and their order won't be set until at least end of August
  • Drummond Reed shared that we updated the structure of the document. We propose to organize them in three groups: 'dry', 'wet', 'overall'.

  • We reviewed the feedback from Rieks Joosten.
  • There was consensus that our "wet code" design principles were not a mental model but a set of principles about trust that might help build or verify a mental model.
  • ACTION: Drummond Reed to give that feedback to Rieks Joosten.

  • Jacques asked whether we needed a set of principles about Digital wallets.
  • Drummond Reed asked if that would overlap with the Principles of SSI that has already been approved as a ToIP Approved Deliverable.

  • It was agreed that our Design Principles for the ToIP Stack document could and should reference other related sets of design principles.
