Eric Scouten 

Eric Scouten reached out to author of Microsoft did:x509 method spec to see if there's any interest in moving that spec into the ToIP process. No response as yet. Eric will follow up with Jacques Latour and Daniel Bachenheimer to see if we can leverage existing contacts at Microsoft.
