Judith Fleenor kicked off the meeting and presented to agenda and the anti trust policy.
Call to Order
Judith Fleenor called the meeting to order at approx. 12:00 and announced the meeting would be recorded and took the official minutes. There were no objections.

We have been in discussion with DIF leadership about combining the two organizations.
DIF’s Steering Committee voted last Thursday to move forward with discovering what it would take.
We met with Jory Burson VP of Standards at LF last Friday, they would like to move forward to support the formation of a new combined organization.

Start with the end in mind: What would a Press Release to the greater world say on WHY the combined organization.

NOTE: LF has offered the assistance of their new project formation team to work on the tactical elements. There will be weekly meetings
