• Antitrust and IP notification.
• Review feedback that we received from comments to the document in the review period.
• The major discussion point today was the root issue as to whether or not cover use cases beyond international travel. This has a direct impact on how we resolve a number of comments across the different problem sets.
• It was suggested that we could include recommendations in two categories, travel and non-travel.
• It was also suggested that we not deal with the non-travel use cases at all, thereby leaving it up to the individual legal jurisdictions to sort it out.
• We would like direction from the GHPC Steering Committee on this.
• Governance frameworks do not cover the holders — they cover the other actors in the ecosystem.
