Antitrust and IP notification.
Review feedback that we received from comments to the document in the review period.
The major discussion point today was the root issue as to whether or not cover use cases beyond international travel. This has a direct impact on how we resolve a number of comments across the different problem sets.

It was suggested that we could include recommendations in two categories, travel and non-travel.
It was also suggested that we not deal with the non-travel use cases at all, thereby leaving it up to the individual legal jurisdictions to sort it out.
We would like direction from the GHPC Steering Committee on this.

Governance frameworks do not cover the holders — they cover the other actors in the ecosystem.
