Discussion on 3 main questions:

• What is the optimal solution for authenticating the validity of a PCDS without having to refer back to a central database?
• Which system functionalities are priorities to enable each revenue model described in the PCDS outline?
• Do you have suggestions on which statutory requirements in Asia, U.S. or Europe could be emphasized for making the PCDS more practical for users
