Please refer to the links below to access credentials required for you to create and edit meetings, using the ToIP Zoom accounts, which will be published to the ToIP Calendar.

The intent of making this information and access available is for Working Group and Task Force leads to take more direct control over their meeting schedules and maintenance of the ToIP calendar.

Use this sheet to find the sign-in credentials for the pmoadmin@trustioverip.org account from which the shared ToIP calendar is published, and to find sign-in credentials for all Zoom accounts that you can use to create and modify meetings that will appear on the ToIP calendar as well as access meeting recordings from your sessions that can be posted to the wiki.

This recorded session presents simple steps required to create, modify, duplicate and delete meetings using the ToIP Zoom accounts so that events appear in the ToIP calendar.

NOTE: in this session, the problem that arises with modifying the end-date for recurring meetings was resolved by David Luchukby changing the settings for certain meetings instances so that participants can "amend" the events.
