4. Reviewing the Governance Framework which has been heavily updated in the last few days so that 
   1. Aligning everything behind Yoma's core values of Privacy, Personal Self-Development, Fairness & Inclusion, Community and Trust 
   2. Including text that is easy for youth to read throughout the document
   3. Aligning with the revised ToIP meta-model
   4. Proposing a way that the document could be machine readable
   5. Revising the list of controlled documents and assigning owners.

a) How can we make the document machine readable?

b) What are the technical requirements?)   

Nicky Hickman 's assessment on status, we are more or less on track versus our initial plan, although the document looks very messy at the moment, I think we are 80% of the way there.  We have 2 meetings of the TF left before our work is done.  I would like to be able to send out by mid-september, a very good draft so that we can get some reviews from others in the ToIP community before it is reviewed and approved by youth and their representatives.
