  6. In depth discussion ensued concerning operation structure of the TF, the WG under which it operates (e.g., responsibilities related to review, approval processes and deliverables)
    1. Discussion was relevant as every working group will publish whitepapers white papers specific to their areas of expertise and potentially span expertise across numerous working groups
    2. Members were in agreement that the WPTF serve as a central point of collaboration and communication coordination and therefore would not be supportive of separate WPTFs for each working group
    3. Members recognize the need to ensure generation and publication of whitepapers white papers is free for all to join in - seamless and frictionless
