- Review of Landing Page - Content in draft and requires review/comments from the members
- Was agreed that any member can assume the role of convener when necessary
- In depth discussion ensued concerning operation structure of the TF, the WG under which it operates (e.g., responsibilities related to review, approval processes and deliverables)
- Discussion was relevant as every working group will publish whitepapers white papers specific to their areas of expertise and potentially span expertise across numerous working groups
- Members were in agreement that the WPTF serve as a central point of collaboration and communication coordination and therefore would not be supportive of separate WPTFs for each working group
- Members recognize the need to ensure generation and publication of whitepapers white papers is free for all to join in - seamless and frictionless
