We are writing the policies and the specifications that are the GHPC GF. This includes the query protocol and the interfaces.
Discussion around which trust registry a re-issuer such as the rules engine would use.
Thais would likely be external to GHPC, something such as EU Pass or ICAO Smart Vac.
This point needs to be made clear in the document.
Also the point that there is no GHPC trust registry. GHPC is only defining the policies, protocols, and recommended interfaces.
