- IP and antitrust announcement.
- The goal this week is to have a draft completed by the end of the week.
- We talked about whether or not anywhere has implemented a vaccine passport.

- Started with the legal framework question.
- Jan brought up the approach to the drafting project in terms of risk assessment. He showed the DPIA Reference from Ireland.
- We should be identifying the actor roles, and decide which are in and out of scope.
- Jan and Scott have been working on the ToIP GHP Risk Assessment document.
- Jim noted that we have several different groups working on this, and we’ll need to make sure there is cross group collaboration.
- Chuck noted the importance of getting the privacy considerations and recommendations down on paper with specificity of minimally expected privacy principles.
- Ann noted that we need to get moving on this really quickly. Things are moving quickly, and people seem to be embracing vaccine passports without considering all of the things that we are talking about. The demand for vaccine passports is growing.
- Pagona: We start with the principles in the document, and then go to the work that Jan and Scott are doing.
- Daryl talked about the experience he is currently having regarding travel to Barbados, especially in terms of data protection.
- Jan asked the group if we can adopt some roles in our discussion. Without it, we are staying at too high a level.
- Ann is going to review the summary section.
- Made sure each section had a person responsible for the initial draft.
