As with all Joint Development Foundation (JDF) projects hosted by the Linux Foundation, the overall governance of and strategic direction for the ToIP Foundation is are provided by the Steering Committee.
Scope
The Steering Committee raises and considers strategic issues and makes decisions on topics that affect the entire Foundation including membership, budget and the disbursement of funds, creation and management of Working Groups, and the approval/adoption of official deliverables among others.
