Notes:
We agreed that most of the work will be done through focus groups, the first one being the FHIR-OCA FG which is already meeting. The full MITF will come together to review work and receive recommendations of the FGs. If an FG proposes that its work product become one of the ToIP specification types, the full MITF will make that recommendation and pass it up the line.
Scott agreed to serve as chair, Jim St. Clair agreed to serve as vice chair. We can have up to three of each, so if you want to assume some of the leadership of this TF, please contact Scott Whitmire or Jim St.Clair.
We do not plan to have regular meetings since most of the work will be done via FGs and the meeting calendar for shared US/Europe time slots is getting very crowded.
